The GAME ROOM is equipped with everything you can ask for to enjoy family fun time with the pool table, arcade game and 65" Smart TV. Step out on to the back, with over 800sqft of covered PATIO SPACE. Sit cozy and comfortable by the fire or lunge in comfort in the hot tub as you enjoy the sprawling trees and waterfront view. Spacious areas outside the house gives ample outdoor opportunity to relax and enjoy the lake. The KITCHEN is fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mixing bowls, knives, pots and pans, and basic cooking utensils. Also includes towels, sponge, dish soap, salt, pepper, oil and cooking spray. Appliances include Microwave, toaster, waffle maker, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and Keurig Coffee machine and a standard coffee pot. Bedroom #1: Master Suite bedroom has a luxury king bed mattress with a 52" Smart TV, extra blankets and pillows and full size master bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2: Queen Bedroom, open bedroom with luxury queen mattress and 50” Smart TV. Bunk Room #3: 4x Full size bunk beds that sleeps up to 4 adults or 8kids. Bedroom #4: Queen Bedroom, open bedroom with luxury queen mattress and 50” Smart TV. Guest access Guests have private access to the full property.
