A cozy, game day type condo to spend time in or away from home. It's located within a short walk from downtown, and a small distance from popular upscale restaurants like The Hound, Depot, and across the street from Acre. No need to call for an Uber! Everything is within a few feet away. The apartment is clean and well kept. All items needed for babies are included and cleaned with each stay. The space Gameday condo. Half of the units in the complex are used year round by students the others are game day set ups. I have never had issues with neighbors. Great place to stay for new families or families with tiny ones. Pack and play, monitors, toys, a "fence type" play area, changing station, your choice of Bob (jogging) or old school stroller, bath protection for kiddos and much more to keep you from having to bring all your items with you. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself. Other things to note Parking is limited to 2 cars. Replacement car tags are 100 dollars each. They MUST be left in the condo when you are finished with your stay. If the parking passes are not left in the condo the fee will hit as soon as you check out.
