Here, you can listen to the sound of the sea at all times and enjoy a space designed for groups of family or friends looking for comfort, privacy, and nature. ⸻ Accommodation capacity The house has: • Base capacity: 16 people • Maximum capacity: 25 people 🚨 This capacity must not be exceeded under any circumstances. If the group exceeds 16 people, the corresponding fee per additional guest will be applied, up to the maximum allowed. From the 17th person: additional charge per guest Any additional person who has not been previously registered and who enters the property will be subject to a penalty of COP 150,000 per person.
