Looking for the ideal winter retreat? Rent Cedar, one side of our charming duplex. Sleeps up to 4, perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking a getaway. This private space has a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, & full bath. Conveniently located near Ephraim’s best spots—1 block to the bay, walk to restaurants/shops, or to a nearby hidden gem, Ephraim Preserve at Anderson Pond. A security camera outside records video & audio 24/7 with motion detection for your safety. The space Cedar is a studio "apartment" on one side of a duplex. You’ll have 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 full bath, and a kitchenette including a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer. Since it's one-side of a duplex, there is a shared wall, and some noise can be heard between the two. There is a huge yard, where you can enjoy lawn games and a fire pit. You might share the outdoor space with guests staying in Pine and/or the main house. There is a mini split AC and heating unit in Cedar. We offer WIFI/internet and a collection of games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Sorry, but no pets, please. Other things to note: There is not a dishwasher No smoking allowed Please do not move furniture No open flames Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags. We also supply travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc. Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire duplex, parking and yard. If another family is staying in the main house or in Pine, you'll share the yard, fire pit, lawn games and parking with the other guests. Please be respectful of the parking area. Only 1 car is allowed and NO Street Parking. Park so other guests can get in/out easily. Other things to note Other things to note: The loft is not for guest use.
