The space The house has easy access per paved street to the entrance of the estate. From the gate of the estate to the gate of the house there is about 100 meters, and the pavement is compacted zahorra without any danger for any type of vehicle. The house has two floors, and has been fully rehabilitated in 2024-2025. It is located in an environment of great natural beauty with pines, oaks and low mountain, there is no noise of neighbors and you will have total intimacy in and out including the pool. The whole house is outside, with lots of light and beautiful views from every room. The main living space has a large south facing glass and two East facing windows. The downstairs living room with sofa bed, which is part of room 9 but that can be independent, also has South orientation. The rooms have different orientation to South, North and West. We have taken great care of the decor and comfort, so you will have the comforts of a hotel with the privacy of a particular estate next to a very easy parking lot at the door. There is kitchenware and tableware for 21 people, and indoor and outdoor space and furniture for 21 people. 1st floor: It has direct access from the step-free parking. It communicates with the ground floor by a staircase and a ramp. They do not have internal communication. There is a living room with three 4-seater sofas, armchair, 55"Smart TV and work area with desk for two people. You will have here and in the bedrooms of numerous extra seats easy to move for the whole group. Large fully equipped kitchen dining room as listed in the Amenities section, with table for 12 people. Folding table available upon request for 6 more guests. 5 bedrooms with blind, key, bathroom and hairdryer. They all have wardrobe with hangers, a very comfortable mattress with folding canapé and lamps on the bedside tables at night with extra plugs over the tables. The 5 bedrooms on this floor are as follows: 2 of the bedrooms are double with a double bed of 150x190cm, 1 is double with a bed of 135x190 cm, 1 is double with 2 single beds of 90x200cm, and 1 is triple with double bed of 150x190 cm and armchair-bed of a square . They all have a private bathroom, three of them ensuite and two in the hall by the bedroom door. The entire first floor is surrounded by a relaxing porch very nice for summer as the North-facing part of the dining room is in shade. If you don't want to receive the afternoon sun in the west facing area you can throw the curtains, and you also have a ceiling fan that refreshes the atmosphere a lot. You can also enjoy the porch in winter as it is well sheltered and you will have the fan in winter mode. It is equipped with a table to eat or dine outside the group. Numerous chairs, sunbeds, and deck sets are available and surround an idyllic 12x6 meter salt water pool with a maximum depth of 140cm. From the porch and the pool there is a wonderful sunset behind the mountain. Ground floor: There are 4 bedrooms, all with a key, ensuite private bath and the same amenities as those on the first floor, with direct exit to the outside type motel. Parking is available at the gate. The bedrooms are as follows: 1 double with a double bed of 150x190cm and suitable for a wheelchair with bathroom suitable for people with reduced mobility. 2 doubles with a 135x190cm bed and ensuite bathroom. 1 quadruple consisting of a bedroom with a double bed of 135x190cm communicated by a sliding door with a keyed sliding door with a living room that has a double sofa that is prepared upon request. These two parts of the quad bedroom are separate, lockable and share a private bathroom with two toilets, shower and toilet. SPACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY: Both the porch and the pool create a comfortable area to contemplate the surroundings in a private and quiet way. The POOL: with stairs and a submerged bench, it invites you to enjoy the water without completely immersing yourself. The bench, being shallow, allows you to sit or lie partially in the water, which offers a feeling of freshness and facilitates social interaction. From these spaces you can see a beautiful sunset with striking colors in a safe, private and relaxing environment. Bathrooms with hairdryer in each bathroom plus Gel, Shampoo and toilet paper. A gas BARBECUE with a butane cylinder is available upon request. Crib upon request with set of sheets and duvet. As for the advantages of our house's location, we are 40 minutes from downtown Madrid and the airport, exit 35 of the A3, and without traffic jams thanks to the possibility of the R3, which is an economical toll. It only takes 8 minutes by paved road to the center of Perales de Tajuña, a small and charming town that has a health center, 24-hour medical emergency, pharmacy, supermarkets, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, fruit shop, bazaar/food open every day from 9 am to 10 pm, hardware store, bars and restaurants, ATMs of Banco Santander and Caixabank, and public buses to Madrid and the Arganda del Rey metro. You can order groceries from the Perales supermarket and they can be delivered to the house in the morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday, except holidays, as well as Saturday morning. Nearby are Chinchón, with one of the most beautiful squares in Spain, Morata de Tajuña, Tielmes and Arganda del Rey.
