Spacious balcony with ocean view and pool. 1 fixed roofed parking position. The building has a pool and beach is accessed by payroll There is basic equipment in the kitchen. The user must bring any lingerie they like (pillows, queen sheets, and towels). The space The apartment is remodeled and impeccable! Located on the 4th floor, you will have the apartment to yourself. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool and the private beach of our building, after proceeding with the sheets and a place of access to recreational reas. No additional persons are allowed in the apartment by condominium regulations. Documentation , payroll, and prepayment are required at least one day prior to access. Other things to note No pets allowed in our facilities- neither in the building nor on the beach. No smoking allowed in our apartment in any area. If you want to smoke, you should do so downstairs in the common areas as long as it is allowed in that area. They must comply with the building rules and beach and pool usage hours. If you do not comply with these rules, your deposit will not be returned.
