Private large studio house with large rec room. Studio features remodeled bathroom, full kitchen, 65 Inch smart TV with all streaming apps. This unit is very quiet and separate from the front house. Rec room is a gym with weights television, and a pool table. This is a completely private second house on the property with its own large private entrance and parking area. We occasionally use the rec room through a separate entrance. We can add an extra full size bed to the rec room if needed. The space -Outdoor Pool/ Hot Tub- -Will heat the hot tub for $15/hour, pool is hot in the summer but heating is extra charge -Parking- Parking for 2 cars inside our gated driveway. All other cars must park on the street where it is easy to find parking Other things to note Sorry no pets since this is shared property and we have kids in the front house.
