The space The Comfort Budapest Apartment is a spacious, bright and modern home located in the green and peaceful neighbourhood of Mátyásföld. The entire apartment is exclusively for guests — no shared areas, no common spaces, complete privacy. The neighbourhood: Mátyásföld is a safe, green and quiet district where everything is within easy reach: • bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM – 5 minutes on foot • Naplás Lake – 10 minutes • swimming pool, outdoor fitness park, running track • quick access to the M0–M3–M31 motorways • Hungaroring (Formula 1) – approx. 20 km by car • Puskás Arena – approx. 20 minutes The city centre is about 30 minutes by public transport (bus + HÉV suburban train). Guest access The 49 m² open‑plan apartment is entirely and exclusively for guests. You will have access to: • the bedroom • the living room • the fully equipped kitchen • the bathroom with corner bathtub • the private balcony • the smart TV • the fast Wi‑Fi • the air conditioning There are no shared or common areas. Other things to note • The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood — parties and events are not allowed. • The apartment is non‑smoking. • Pets are not allowed. • Free street parking is available in front of the building. • The city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes by public transport. 4 adults cannot be accommodated. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children. Please provide the ages of all guests (adults/children) before booking. 🔑 Check‑in is done in person with key handover between 16:00 and 21:00, at a pre‑arranged time. Late arrival is possible until 23:00 for a 20 EUR convenience fee. Unfortunately, check‑in after 23:00 is not possible.
