The "Chez Feldus" estate is a friendly and spacious house. Located in the heart of the Jura department, in the municipality of Villers Farlay. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a large living-dining room, a spacious mezzanine and is comfortably furnished. Outside, a plot of 2000 m2 with a large terrace, a swimming pool open from 05.01 to 09.30 and a pétanque court. The space The "Chez Feldus" estate is a friendly house where it is pleasant to stay, it is located in the heart of the Jura, in the municipality of Villers-Farlay. The house: - It is comfortably furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, citrus press...), a large living room (flat screen) and dining room (fifteen people can eat). - A "Lynx" bedroom on the ground floor (one double bed) and a large bathroom (shower). - Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: "Hermine" consisting of a bunk bed and two single beds = 4 separate beds, > "Hedgehog" = a double bed, > "Joncquilles" same, >"Merle" same. Bathroom with shower and a relaxing area with a sofa and a flat screen. Baby beds can be added on request. The couch in the living room can also be turned into a bed. The house can therefore sleep 12 people very comfortably and can go up to 15 (with the sofa and the sofa). 2 toilets A washing machine and dryer are also available. WiFi Outside: A beautiful terrace, a petanque court, a swimming pool (in service from 05.01 to 09.30) and a lawn where it's nice to stroll, complete this property. Everything is fenced, ideal for young children and pets (they are welcome at the Domaine). Parking: Possibility to park several vehicles in front of the house, one car within the plot (with closed gate) and one in the garage. "Recreational" amenities: A stove with firewood for winter evenings. A barbecue. Ping pong table. Sun loungers to enjoy the pool. Board games. Books. Some children's games. And for your gourmet evenings, you'll find a raclette oven and pierrade, fondue, a crepière. Location: The village is less than 5 km from Mouchard TGV station (about 4 hours from Paris by train). In Mouchard, you will find a supermarket, bakeries, a pharmacy, caregivers... A taxi can be contacted in the village to ensure your travel if necessary. The house is located > 4 km from Arc-et-Senans = the royal saltworks. > 5 km from Port-Lesney = Château de Germigney, where it's nice to eat or go to the SPA (Caudalie), there is also a good bistro in the village. > 10 km from Arbois = visits to cellars, tasting, vineyard museum... > 11 Km from Salins-les-Bains = spa town with thermal baths, a casino, potters, the salt museum... In the area, you will find delicious Comté cheese and other local products and also beautiful forests, vineyards, country walks, waterfalls, lakes, ski resorts... You are about 30 km from Besançon (Doubs), the watchmaking capital, the birthplace of Victor Hugo and the citadel of Vauban. You have very quick access to all the towns of Jura (Dôle, Lons le Saunier...) and Dijon. "The Feldus estate" is ideal for a stay with family, friends, nature lovers, and people looking for the calm of the Jura while having access to sports and cultural activities. Guest access You have access to the whole Domain except for certain spaces in the outbuildings that are kept private (Workshop, attic and boiler room). Rooms are to be selected before check-in, as availability depends on the number of guests. Unoccupied rooms will not be accessible. Other things to note I draw particular attention to respect for the neighborhood, the environment and the facilities. I am also open to any suggestions for improvement, so please let me know.
