"Sous le préau" gîte

Peaceful independent gîte on the ground floor, adjoining our home. Arranged in a responsible spirit, the materials are raw, the objects are antique, the toilets are dry, the TV is absent... The space It consists of a 25 m2 main room with kitchenette, living/sleeping area and separate toilet. Ideal for 2 people, the bed is modular, with multiple configurations according to desires and needs: double bed or 2 separate single beds. + baby cot available upon request. The bathroom is located in a small shed attached to the gîte, which is accessed from the outside, with all the comforts, electricity, heating, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer. Under the shed's eaves, a small terrace arranged as a dining/resting area overlooking the gardens. The environment of the cottage is quiet, located at the end of the street, in the countryside. 2 steps from the house: the village grocery store to stock up on fresh eggs, bread, cheese and local products; 3 steps: the 2 craft breweries, the wine cellars and a café restaurant with wood-fired pizza on Friday evenings on the terrace. The Loue River along the village offers nice swimming spots and invigorating walks, canoeing or cycling. A few kilometers away: Arc et Senans with its Royal Saltworks, its train station and its shops (3 km). 15 km away, Arbois and the vineyards, Salins les Bains (thermal baths and salt pans). 35 km from Besançon, Dole, Lons le Saunier. And 30 minutes away, the Jura lakes. Guest access Our large garden is shared between the different inhabitants of the place and everyone has their own personal space to preserve their privacy. The terrace under the shed is reserved for you. Other things to note We remind you that the cottage does not have a TV and that it is equipped with a dry toilet (all comfort :^)
