Peaceful independent gîte on the ground floor, adjoining our home. Arranged in a responsible spirit, the materials are raw, the objects are antique, the toilets are dry, the TV is absent... The space It consists of a 25m2 main room with kitchenette, living/sleeping area and independent toilet. Ideal for 2 people; the sleeping arrangement is flexible. We can set up the cottage with either a double bed or 2 separate single beds; it’s up to you to let us know what you prefer and what you need. + baby cot available on request. The bathroom is located in a small cabin attached to the cottage whose access is from the outside, with all the comforts, electricity, heating, walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer. Beneath the cabin's lean-to, a small terrace converted into a dining/ resting area overlooking the gardens. The environment of the cottage is quiet, located at the end of the street, in the countryside. 2 steps from the house: the village grocery store to stock up on fresh eggs, bread, cheeses and local products; 3 steps away: the 2 craft breweries, the winemakers' wineries and a cafe restaurant with pizza over wood fire on Friday nights on the terrace. The Loue River along the village offers nice swimming spots and walking, canoeing or invigorating bike rides. A few kilometers away: Arc and Senans with its Saline Royale, train station and shops (3 km). 15 km away, Arbois and the vineyards, Salins les Bains (thermal baths and salines). 35 km to Besançon, Dole, Lons le saunier. And 30 minutes away , the Jura lakes. Guest access Our large garden is shared between the different inhabitants of the place and everyone has their own personal space to preserve their privacy. The terrace under the shed is reserved for you. Other things to note We remind you that the cottage does not have a TV and that it is equipped with a dry toilet (all comfort :^)
