Private Bungalow tucked into our back yard. Serene and quiet space, though close to all amenities. Drop off your car and walk to football games & Olympic and local track events as well as outdoor concerts at Cuthbert. Oakway Hyatt and The Residence Inn just one block away each. River bike paths just one block away. Want to settle in for a while? Visiting? In between? Here for a short-term work assignment? Bring your suitcases and step into your own comfortable home for a while. The space - extremely quiet, private space-a true tiny house for you to experience! - A laptop-friendly workspace: The tall table is near a power source, with a chair that looks over the garden or you can move outside and work on the porch where there is a table and chairs. Add a cup full of brand-new pens, a stapler, and a stack of sticky notes. There is a printer and copy machine inside the main house if you need them. Coffee maker, French press and tea kettle too. Some guests appreciate a little help powering through their busy days. - Kitchenette with counter top convection oven/toaster, microwave and electric burners. Perfect for light cooking. Lots of dishes and silverware. -There is one sink provided for the unit. - Queen Bed with pillow top and cozy Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. Storage underneath and around. - Private Bathroom with shower with a full length mirror on the outside of the door. - Highly insulated floor, walls, ceiling to keep you cool in Summer, warm in Winter - Ductless Unit to Heat and Cool -32 inch Smart TV- you can access Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc with your own usernames and passwords. Some local TV stations and YouTube available without subscriptions -Wi-Fi provided -200 MBPS download and 40 MBPS upload with latest AC technology -Big deck with outdoor seating provided by the garden. Guest access The Bungalow sits in the back of our garden and looks at the main house. If you need Ice in a pinch, please let us know. Dogs must be fully potty trained, spayed or neutered and no longer chewing on stuff and well adjusted indoor cats are also welcome. Two small, or 1 animal 30 lbs max is ok. Excessive barkers should probably stay home. If you are doing 'instant book', please let me know if you will be bringing a pet along. I will ask you to provide $20.00 fee per animal for cleaning. You can give this to me in person when you arrive or during your stay. Emergency pees in the yard are ok ; otherwise lots of places to go for a good walk around the neighborhood. If you go right outside the house and go up to the end of the road and look left you will see a street closed to traffic and a big field to play in. There are also some great dog parks a short drive from here if you want to get out to play! The yard is fully fenced; this is for everyone's safety, not an invitation to let your dogs roam unless invited to. Other things to note We have two small dogs in the house who venture out into the garden area if we let them out and we babysit a few neighborhood dogs who may play in the yard. We all walk and play several times a day and would love to show you where the park is. Our dogs are Winnie & Lottie.
