Welcome to my apartment! It is a pleasant, ventilated, safe and totally private space. It will be a great pleasure to welcome you here in my apartment. I am very quiet, I value silence, cleanliness and organization. Please read the house rules before booking. (Stays preferably for women) The space Description of the space The guest will enjoy a cozy suite with complete privacy, comfort and security. The space has a double bed, side table, fan, clothes rack, iron. The bathroom is for private use, with towels provided. The guest has free access to the common areas of the house. In the living room there is a working TV available. The internet is 500 MB fiber optic, fast and stable, ideal for work or studies. In the mornings, I leave a hot coffee prepared before I leave for work ☕️ Location The property is well located in the Bancários neighborhood, in João Pessoa, in a quiet and peaceful area, with: Close to Parque das Três Ruas • Supermarket, gym, bakery and sushi bar nearby • Less than 3 km from UFPB • Approximately 4 km from UNIPÊ Easy access to beaches, including Cabo Branco (about 3 km) Two nearby bus lines: 304 and 518 For those who like to go out at night, there are bars nearby, without compromising the quiet of the neighborhood. Common areas and coexistence The kitchen is available for use, equipped with household utensils. Some appliances may require prior guidance on use or sharing — just check with me. The balcony is a pleasant space, ideal for reading and relaxing in the hammock. You will also live with Lola, my docile and quiet kitten 🐱 Communication and rules I will always be available to answer questions through Airbnb chat. Guest access The apartment is located on the top floor of the three-story building. The guest will have access to the kitchen, utensils, pots, plates, cutlery and glasses. The guest must communicate the use, to teach the use or know it is available for use by the guest. During your stay Once your reservation is confirmed, I'll contact you at the registered number to align check-in times, as well as house rules and instructions. I am easy to communicate with, I value comfort and a good stay, so that each guest has a peaceful and pleasant experience. It's also important to note that I'm a reserved person with a fixed routine. In my free time, I choose to retire to my room, respecting the guest's privacy and maintaining a calm and organized environment. Other things to note This is a safe space where you will have privacy, comfort and be in a sanitized environment, thus ensuring safety for your health. (Stays preferably for women) Take a look at some of the rules of the space. • Overnight stays by unauthorized persons are prohibited; if you need another person to be hosted, notify in advance and an amount will be added; • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, balcony, windows, doors, corridors and common areas, thus following the internal regulations of this condominium; • Pets are prohibited, including dogs and cats, as the space is occupied by Lola. • Use of the swimming pool is permitted until 10 p.m., thus not allowing the entry of guests. • No parties and loud noise and any kind of noise that bothers other residents. • The cup, cutlery and plate will be properly separated and sanitized for your use, please do not mix with others. When discarding, leave them on the countertop for cleaning; • 70º alcohol will be available in the apartment and in the room. • When entering the apartment, remove your shoes and sanitize your hands; • Towels and sheets should be left in the room; • Keys must be handed over at check-out, in case of loss, a fee of R$ 40.00 will be charged, which is the cost of TAG+ copy of the key; • Orders placed through food apps must be received at the front desk. • If the guest has long hair, please gather it up when leaving.
