Conveniently located just minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs, Pine Island Beach. The space This home feature 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a dresser, two night stands and a large closet. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, a dresser and a desk/dedicated workspace. You will have a fully outfitted kitchen for all your culinary needs, a dining room and a living room that has a pullout couch for additional sleep space. The French doors leading to the living room provide some privacy. Outside there is a garden area for relaxing. The main backyard is fully fenced and backs up to a waterway off Hunters Lake. This is a great space for kids to run or for the family dog . There is also a fire pit in this yard. Guest access The whole home is available to the guests. However, there are some things stored in the garage, including a workbench with wood lathe, that are off limits. The sheds are also off limits. Please respect these requests. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is a private home in a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet times. No parties. No smoking inside the house. If you do smoke outside, please pick up butts. Thanks!
