Quiet garden floor

Our 1+1 apartment on the garden floor is located on the lower floor of our own building surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and peaceful area and 7-8 minutes by car to the Cunda Bridge. It is very close to kite surfing schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the traffic and noise of the center. Easy access to the grocery store and market. It is 10-15 minutes by car to Ayvalık State Hospital. The space The room has two single beds, a wardrobe, a fan, a toilet and a shower. There is a large L-shaped sofa bed and a kitchen in the living room. There is only one toilet + shower and it is only in the room. Other things to note Access to the house is by stairs, about 20 steps. There is a railing. We and our neighbors request that you be quiet in the garden after 11:00 pm ☺️. Registration details 10-1085
