The Sant'Andrea Apartment offers a large living room with a beautiful panoramic window, a reading corner and an elegant extendable round dining table. The apartment can accommodate 3 or 4 people thanks to two bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. An additional bathroom completes the sleeping area, offering maximum comfort. A built-in closet hides a compact kitchenette with a sink, electric cooktop, and undercounter refrigerator. The space Located on the first floor of a structure entirely dedicated to hospitality, accessible via a stone staircase; it has a large convivial room that brings together a sofa corner with a smart TV, an extendable dining table, and a sideboard with everything you need to prepare meals. A double door hides the kitchenette obtained in a masonry niche, equipped with a two-burner electric hob, a refrigerator with a cell, a sink, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. A beautiful corridor embellished with a stone wall and a large mirror leads to the sleeping area that includes a bedroom with a three-quarter bed with an adjacent bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The large windows with mosquito nets overlook the garden and offer pleasant views. Guest access The apartment is for exclusive use. The common areas include the laundry room, located on the ground floor and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and the outdoor space, consisting of a planted garden and equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome basket containing: biscuits, jams and honey in jars, chocolate cream; in the refrigerator you will find bottled natural water and bottles, UHT milk, fruit juices, butter and fresh fruit. All of this is enough for breakfast on the first day. Any additional supplies are available for a fee. Coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, chamomile, sugar and sweetener are available.
