A cozy property, tucked away at the back of a modern villa, with a spacious private terrace where you can make the most of your days and evenings. Recently renovated with thoughtful care and equipped with many amenities, including secure bike storage, The Beekeeper is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Parma and its surroundings. We are happy to welcome small dogs weighing up to 10 kg. We do not accept any other pets. The space The property is located at the back of a modern villa designed by an architect. In 2025, Beatrice gave it a fresh makeover to make it cozy and comfortable, with a touch of country charm. The highlight of The Beekeeper is the spacious private terrace, fully equipped with a dining area with a BBQ, a lounge area, and a sundeck with deckchairs. From the terrace, you can enjoy sweeping views of the fields and hills of the Parma countryside. Apart from the neighboring house, there are no other buildings nearby, ensuring total privacy. Stepping in, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa-bed. The bedroom is filled with natural light, thanks to the large window that spans the entire wall. It features a 160 cm bed with a topper in memory foam and a desk, perfect for laptop working. Connected to the bedroom is a roomy walk-in closet. The bathroom features a spacious shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is large, bright, and fully equipped with everything you might need, making it perfect even for longer stays. Guest access To get to The Beekeeper, you’ll enter through the pedestrian gate and walk through Giovanna’s garden and courtyard. We kindly ask you to respect her privacy and not linger in these areas. Access to the property is through the private terrace, which you reach by climbing a flight of stairs (12 steps) from the courtyard. The entire area at the back of the villa will be for your exclusive use. If you are cycle tourists, we'd be happy to offer space in our garage for your bicycles. Other things to note You might wonder, why "The Beekeeper"? It’s a nod to our family's beekeeping roots, a tradition proudly carried on today by Giulio, Giovanna’s brother, who lives just next door.
