Please note: * the upper floor and rear outbuildings are currently unrenovated, used for storage, and are not accessible to guests * parking is available on nearby streets and in a free public car park a short walk away * due to the historic village layout, smaller cars are strongly recommended * electricity usage is billed separately based on meter readings for longer stays * the property is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited to respectful guests seeking a calm environment Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire ground floor of the property which has been renovated throughout. The upper floor and two dependencies at the end of the garden have not been renovated and are currently used for storage and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Flexible self check-in is available via electronic access. Arrival details and access instructions will be shared approximately one week before your stay. In accordance with local regulations, the property is available exclusively for temporary residential stays (31+ nights) and is not licensed as a tourist accommodation. As such, hotel-style services — including scheduled cleaning services — cannot be contractually included within the rental. Guests who would like additional cleaning during their stay are welcome to arrange directly with a trusted local cleaner familiar with the property. Contact details can be provided upon request. As is common in many Mallorcan villages, rubbish and recycling collection operates on a rotating schedule, with different waste types collected on different days of the week. Full instructions will be provided in the house guide. Electricity usage is billed separately based on meter readings taken during your stay and at check-out. Typical usage ranges from approximately £150–£250 per month depending on season, air-conditioning/heating usage and occupancy patterns. Detailed kWh usage information can be shared during or after your stay upon request. Pool and garden maintenance are included within the rental and carried out periodically depending on the season to ensure proper upkeep of the property. Guests are kindly asked to assist with basic day-to-day outdoor tidiness during longer stays.
