The space Living area and kitchenette: Open concept area with Wi-Fi (fiber optics 1GB speed), 65-inch tv, and Xbox 1 available. The wet bar includes a mini fridge, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. Bedroom: California king bed. Twin mattress, toddler bed, and pack and play are available upon request. Bathroom: Full sized bath with bathtub and shower. Fully stocked with linens. Guest access Street parking available on the south side of the house, with a walkway leading to the gate to the back of the house. In the Winter (specifically from November 15th to March 15th), our local city code prohibits parking off street from midnight to 7AM. 1 parking spot will be available in the gravel driveway in front of the home. The door to the basement apartment has a keypad lock and a code will be provided.
