With the windows open, the apartment is quite breezy. So please remember to turn off the fan(s) when NOT in use. >>>This unit is recommended for people that loves nature. If you are NOT use to harmless crawling insects, (i.e., Lizards and Con-go-ries) please please pleaseeeee DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT, since you will be running into these little creatures throughout your stay. You simply take a broom and drive them away when you rather not have their company. Please do not kill/harm them. >>> You are simply renting the space. Please bring any/all items you would need for the duration of your stay. As a courtesy, we do give you access to everything we have in the unit. However, don’t expect the world at your fingertips. Whatever is NOT there, it simply NOT there. DO NOT leave home without a mosquito net and your very own repellent. This is the tropics and so it is highly recommended. Conveniently, there is a chain provided that hangs over the bed (as seen in the photo) to place your very own personal mosquito net. You can also purchase them at the market for around $30-$40ec, of if all else fails, you can also purchase it from us for $20US. >>>This unit comes with a detached bathroom. Let me be clear, the bathroom is separated from the unit, approximately 8 footsteps away from the building as shown in the photos. >>> Meals are NOT provided at his rate. We can arrange a cook and your cost. This cost is negotiated between you and the cook. >>>Essentials such as shampoo, soap, lotion and the like, are at times provided as complimentary, mainly to overnight guest with maximum stay of 2 days. All guest with longer stay needs to provide their own, keeping in mind that this is a private residence, NOT a hotel. >>> TV is a SMART ROKU TV. There is NO cable service in this apartment. Please DO NOT CALL US ABOUT THIS. Guest would need to log into their own personal subscriptions i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. to gain access to viewing. >>> Only the initial towel(s), toiletries and essentials that are provided at time of check-in are the ones you'll be getting. It is very important that you disclose the correct numbers of guest so we can put out the correct number of towels. >>>Guests are responsible for washing their linens or can pay a minimal fee to have laundry service upon request. If you choose to park in the driveway, you agree that: A) You will to be proactive in communicating with the other unit guest in making necessary moving arrangement (as to who leave first, etc). This minimizes parking conflict, like blocking each other in etc. Please DO NOT contact us with these matters. Resolve it among yourselves or resort to street parking. B) Vehicles should never be left unattended. You are responsible for securing your vehicle. C) There is absolutely no parking in/on the lawn or flower garden area please.
