Guest access Guests have full access to the entire second-floor condo, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, front porch, and rear balcony. Parking includes one reserved space marked with a sign that reads “Reserved Parking for Lake Life Inn 5.” An orange cone is also placed in the spot to help hold it—please move the cone when parking and place it back when leaving to ensure the space remains available. Guests will also be provided with one guest parking pass to use one of four designated guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces and a semi-private beach located at the end of Baker Avenue—perfect for swimming or relaxing by the lake. Other things to note • The condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM in consideration of neighbors and other guests. • Other property owners on-site may have pets, but this unit is pet-free. • Please note the total guest capacity is enforced by Airbnb at booking. Additional guests beyond the booking may incur extra fees. • Cleaning fee and cancellation terms are set by Airbnb and shown during checkout. • Guests have access to a semi-private beach at the end of Baker Avenue. - The beach can be a little rocky when first entering the water, so we recommend bringing water shoes for extra comfort. - Please bring your own beach/lake towels, as we provide only bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the unit. • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated spaces. Additional metered parking is available nearby at the boardwalk.
