LOCATION: Many of our guests say the house is the destination, but there is also so much to do nearby: • 15 min to the famous Mt Major trail and multiple other breathtaking hikes, that range from challenging to very easy/family friendly. • Close to many farms that offer year round charm with  pumpkin fests, live music, beer, animals, local treats • A region filled with local breweries, vineries and restaurants • 25 min to Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort (with fun year-round activities, skiing, snow tubing, scenic gondola ride, ziplining) • 15 min to lake Winnipesaukee at Alton Bay (a great place for a stroll, scenic views, boat rides, ice cream, and seafood) • Nearby beaches, parks, ferry cruises, restaurants, bike trails, zip lines, scenic gondola, winery, playgrounds, kids adventures, boat rides, skiing, snow tubing, sledding and so much more) • Near the historic town of Wolfeboro known for its scenic views, biking trails, restaurant and shopping scene • Quiet area yet close to all the local adventures THE HOUSE: • This 4 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 11 and is designed to be a retreat for adults, while also being very accommodating for kids • Family-friendly with COMPLIMENTARY full size baby crib, baby gates, baby and preschooler high chairs, kids life vests, toys, books, board games, outdoor games, black-out curtains, and central A/C (BABY ITEMS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST) • Recently fully renovated with premium furnishings, top notch appliances, and premium 100% cotton bed linens • A full size shuffle board, wood burning stove and board games make for memorable evenings • Open concept living area, steps from the hot tub with floor-to-ceiling windows offer captivating lake views year-round • Dining area with breathtaking views designed to sit 10 adults (plus two kids high chairs if needed) • A well stocked kitchen equipped with all cooking necessities, coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices • Smart TV with complimentary access to Amazon Prime and Netflix • High-speed Wi-Fi and an office desk for remote work • Premium towels and linens; blow dryers; washer and dryer; complimentary toiletries included ★ BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT ★ All 4 bedrooms have brand new mattresses, premium cotton sheets, black out curtains and the comfort of central AC and heat .☛ Upstairs Master:  1 King bed; private terrace overlooking the lake and beach; work desk .☛ Second Upstairs Bedroom: 2 Double beds (sleeps 4) .☛ First Downstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed (sleeps 3) .☛ Second Downstairs Bedroom: 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) The bathroom upstairs has a shower, while the bathroom downstairs has a full tub + shower. Both bathrooms can be accessed from hallways, therefore not disturbing anyone's sleep. OUTDOOR AREA: • Lakefront property with a large private beach (Locke Lake) • Kayaks, paddle boards, beach toys, and life vests are included mid April - mid November (1 double kayak/ 2 single kayaks/ 2 paddle boards) • Entry into the water is gradual and great for little ones • Year-round hot tub with a scenic view • Outdoor fire pit with seating for everyone • Large wrap around deck with breathtaking lake views, grill, and outdoor dining table for 10 to enjoy sunsets and hot tub • The deck also includes a grill and a comphy seating area to enjoy a drink • Boating dock to enjoy fishing or drinking coffee on a crispy fall morning HOUSE RULES: - Please no pets due to our toddler's severe allergy! - No smoking or vaping ($500 Fee); No fireworks - No parties; This is a family neighborhood - Please no drinks, food, or sand in the hot tub ($300 Fee) - The use of kayaks, hot tub, any of the baby equipment, and any lake activities are entirely at your own risk. Please review the hot tub operations manual prior to use. - Hosts cannot offer refunds due to weather, climate, acts of nature or other events outside of host's control. Guests are advised to get travel insurance. SAFETY: • All high-traffic areas and surfaces are disinfected in addition to standard cleaning protocol; Pristine house with no rugs in the bedrooms to avoid dust accumulation • Per insurance requirements, there are outdoor security cameras on property. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. • Includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kit. Guest access Guests will receive a digital code to check-in. Guests can access the entire house and outdoor areas with the exception of one storage closet.
