Guests are welcome to make use of the lawns immediately outside the apartment. The spacious apartment has remodeled kitchen laundry facilities, with washing machine, dryer, full height fridge, and microwave. PLEASE NOTE: There is only a microwave for cooking/heating food. There is a queen-sized bed in the main living area. A separate bedroom within the apartment is available at $30.00 per person per night. The apartment has separate shower room and toilet. Unlimited fibre internet. Smart TV (No Sky). Internet prgrams and channels only. Bring your own Netflix login. Guest access Check-in in is after 2.00 pm and check-out is before 10.00 am, unless requested at the time of booking. Off-street parking available adjacent to the apartment. There is no smoking, vaping, or the use of any other substance use within the apartment. Guests are welcome to invite non staying visitors during the day. It does not include the separate bedroom if the first 2 guests would like a bed each. 1) If the separate bedroom is required for a 2nd or subsequent guest, then there is an extra charge of $30.00 per person in the 2nd bedroom. 2) In the above scenario, please state either 3 or 4 people in your booking to open the separate bedroom. This enables us to know if the 2nd bedroom is required as it affects both provisioning and servicing. 3) We do not charge a servicing fee.
