Description
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This tidy studio guest house is the perfect spot to retreat and relax on your holiday. Separate from the main house (across the driveway), you will have privacy but we are nearby if you need anything. Our guests are welcome to come and go as they please with minimal contact from us, including self-check-in, however we are always available and quick to respond to any queries or concerns. The space The studio bedroom includes a comfortable Queen sized bed and a Queen sized pull out sofa bed and can host up to 4 people. The heat pump / air conditioner keeps it cosy in winter and cool in summer. Smart TV, table and chairs, lockers and drawers for storage, A small, but user friendly toilet and shower and a kitchenette with everything you need for basic meals - two plate hob, fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster. A high chair and / or travel cot can be provided for infants (please request when booking). Safe swimming beaches nearby, Hollard Gardens, the mountain, a nearby reserve. If you play golf we have that covered too with the nearby golf course, or enjoy a game of tennis. The local pool (open during the summer school holidays) is in walking distance. Yarrows bakery factory shop is nearby, and enjoy easy 10 minute access to Hawera for shopping, King Edward Park, the water tower. Guest access Feel free to enjoy the garden. Free high speed broadband is included and you are welcome to park in the garage (or in front of it if you prefer). Other things to note We have a Bernese Mountain dog called Bentley, a Heading dog called Blu and a cat named Miley. All the animals are friendly and love cuddles / pats. The dogs will be contained during your stay, however if you are a dog lover let us know and we will let them out.
