The space Built in the Praia do Félix condominium, on the slope of Serra do Mar, the house has an architectural project that takes full advantage of the surrounding visuals and the beautiful landscape designed by the forest and the sea. Consisting of two volumes, its entire set seeks in every detail the harmony with the atmosphere of the Brazilian coast. The first volume of this construction is a wooden and glass structure that houses the living spaces. On the middle floor are the two rooms – living and dining and an integrated kitchen. The entire space is delimited by large glass doors/windows that, through their transparency, integrate the interior space with the exterior and the landscape. On the roof of this volume, a wooden deck is structured that allows views of the horizon, the sea and the forest, a place conducive to relaxation, delight and contemplation. On the lower floor, the ground floor, there is a large free and sheltered space for meetings, games, barbecues, etc. The second volume, more vertical, is a masonry construction that houses the 3 bedrooms and their respective bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms is perfectly integrated with the other rooms of the house, while ensuring your privacy. It is also necessary to remember that it is a beach house, although we consider it to be of great design, it is a stripped-down house, designed for the heat of the coast and the Atlantic forest, with permanent ventilation openings. Félix Beach, in a horseshoe shape, with white sand and a crystalline sea, welcomes and entertains both surfers on the north side and families with children on the south side, where the river meets the sea.
