In Porto Feliz come relax with the whole family in this spacious, airy and fenced house of nature! 3 bedrooms (including one en-suite), large equipped kitchen, integrated dining and living room, air conditioning and a delicious balcony for moments of leisure. Enjoy the exclusive swimming pool, barbecue, children's playground and a mini-ramp of skateboarding. Although we live in another house within the site, we fully respect the privacy of the guests and ensure their stay is quiet and reserved. The space Imagine waking up to the singing of birds, spending the day in a swimming pool surrounded by green, watching the children playing free on the playground or venturing out on the mini skateboard ramp. Our space was designed to create special family memories, in a safe, welcoming and nature-filled environment. Perfect for those looking to disconnect from the rush and reconnect with what really matters: tranquility, fun and family coexistence. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the pool, the barbecue area and the house during their stay, ensuring total privacy. The mini skateboard ramp is also available for use, but eventually we can use it at combined times. The green area, the playground are available for leisure and fun. Other things to note All the sockets of the property are 220V. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats that live loose on the site, are extremely docile. If you intend to make a mess, with excessive consumption of drinks, where guests no longer have control over themselves, this is not an appropriate place. Important information 1: Because we have neighbors, noise is permanently prohibited after 10 p.m. If this is not respected, Airbnb will be immediately notified. Important Information 2: For weekend guests, the pool is cleaned on Friday. For guests staying 1 week, the pool is cleaned twice a week, so avoid excessive use of sunscreen and tanning oil, which is prohibited in the pool. You must shower before entering the pool to have clear water all the time, otherwise the water will continue to be treated with chlorine, but it will become cloudy.
