Beautiful Beach House

Two floor house is located in Villa Argentina (Atlantida), right behind the coastal street ("Rambla"). It is a five minute walk to the beach ("playa serena"), which is perfect for swimming and with children. The house provides a beautiful view on the beach, the coastline and the ocean from the master bedroom (first floor) and from the terrace (second floor). The space The main entrance is on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there are the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as a bathroom, equiped with basinet, toilet and shower. The ocean can be seen from kitchen and living on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms and another bathroom with basinet, toilet, shower and washing machine. The master bedroom has a lovely view on the beach, the coastline and the ocean. The second bedroom has two beds (bunkbed). The roof (second floor) is fully accessible through an outside stairway from the first floor. It provides a beautiful view of the beach, the coastline and the ocean. The garden behind the house is accessible from the kitchen/dining area and has a pergola to provide shade. There is a barbecue, table and chairs. There are air conditioning units in all rooms except bathrooms. The house has all safety to ensure a tranquil stay. Windows are protected with bars.
