We maintain a peaceful, neighborly environment, and large events are disruptive. Our property is nestled against Millbrook Preserve, a historic nature preserve abundant in wildlife. There are bugs, and we have seen squirrels, deer, turkeys, woodchucks, raccoons, and other wildlife around the property.
