Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started. ★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale "home away from home" experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! ★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions. Guest access This is a Duplex property, two units share a common wall. Guests may access all areas of one side of the duplex and shared backyard. Other things to note Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors in the adjoining unit. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, fines and/or vacating the unit may be necessary.
