Only basic utensil available for boiling water, preparing tea, coffee etc can be prepared. Guest Guidelines for a Safe Stay To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following: A. Secure the Rooms: For your safety and comfort, please ensure all doors and windows are closed before going to sleep at night. B. Smoking Policy: We ask that you please keep the indoors smoke-free. Kindly use the designated smoking zones and avoid smoking in the garden/artificial grass area C. Fire Prevention: Please be mindful of the strong winds and dry grass. Dispose of cigarette butts carefully to prevent any risk of fire. D. Electrical Safety: To prevent accidents and conserve energy, please switch off Geysers and Air Conditioners when they are not in use. E. Furniture Care: We kindly ask that you leave sofas and chairs in their original positions to help us maintain the furniture. F. Terrace Access: Please remember to close the terrace door when coming downstairs. G. Nature Awareness: As we are located in the middle of nature, we share the environment with local wildlife. Please take a moment to check outdoor seats in the gazebo or garden before sitting down. H. Kitchen Safety: Please ensure the gas cylinder is turned off after every use. I. Washing clothes inside house isn’t allowed unless the stay is more than 3 days J. Pets are not allowed to sit on the furniture or to go inside swimming pool to be bathed inside the house K. Washing of vehicles not allowed inside villa or even using Villa’s water supply L. Check-out time is 11am. After that INR 1000/- will be charged per hour Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Important Note: Due to seasonal weather conditions in Dapoli, there may occasionally be unexpected power interruptions from the MSEB side. To ensure guest comfort, all our villas are equipped with inverter backup, which supports lights and fans during power cuts. Kindly note that air conditioners are not connected to the inverter backup and will resume once the main power supply is restored.
