If you are a big family or a big group of tight friends who want to have a house with the giant bedroom to fit all for a late night chat or a pillow flight, this is the place for you! The 2-storey house can do up to 8 pax! Centrally and strategically located right in the heart of Bangkok, only 5 mins walk to BTS Phayathai and Ratchathewi station, getting around can't be any easier. Major attractions like MBK, Centralworld, Siam Paragon, Pratunam are only 1-2 BTS stops away or 15 mins walk. The space Instead of packing yourselves in a room in a condo where you have very limited spaces and you almost sleep on top of each others, why don't you consider staying here? You have the whole house for the group .. more space, more fun! The 2 storey townhouse is centrally located in a nice, quiet and safe (even during late late night) alley hidden from the hectic main road but it's not too far to reach out by foot. You can rest assured that you will have a quiet night, no traffic noise nor pollution and that's a beauty of staying in an alley. The house itself is about 400 meters which normally takes less than 5 mins walk to BTS Phayathai station. It connects you to the whole metro system both BTS and MRT in downtown Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is only 25-30 mins by using Airport Rail Link (ARL) at Phayathai station. No need to worry about traffic or have to beat the time to catch a flight. Life is easy around here. With this location, you don't really have to worry about food .. not at all. Food stalls, street vendors, local shops and restaurants, convenient stores are all across at your door steps. Phetchaburi Soi 5 aka 'the breakfast walking street' is only a few mins away. No need to waste your time cooking, just enjoy eating out and gain some weight before going home. 2 BTS stations: Phayathai and Ratchathewi are about 400 meters away which normally takes 5 mins of casual walk. Getting around can't get any easier. Taxi and grab can easily be found at the main road (Phayathai Rd.). Major shopping malls like Siam Paragon, MBK Center, Siam Square, Pratunam, Platinum mall, Centralworld, Big C Ratchadamri are only 1-2 BTS stops away or 12-15 mins walk. Guest access Your home away from home includes: - the giant family bedroom on 2F with 2 side-by-side bunk beds which ultimately can fit up to 8 pax. 2 queens (5') at the lower deck, 2 singles (3.5') at the upper deck (100 kg. max) and another 2 singles (3') at the extension drawer (100 kg. max). - a compact living room with 3-seater sofa and a high table with chairs for whether it's early breakfast, late dinner or gathering. - 2 restrooms (located on 1F) with warm water, body wash and shampoo. - a small pantry with cutleries and basic cooking gears gears e.g. microwave, toaster, induction stove, kettle. - aircon in all rooms. - Internet TV so that you can log on your account at any favorite streaming app - fresh and clean bed linens/towels - hair dryers - Wi-Fi (Max speed 1/1Gbps) - cctvs (mounted outside the house at the entrance) Other things to note Even though it's a 3-storey townhouse but the top floor (3F) is off limit to any guest. The top floor is my personal storage/stock room. Considering you are my friends who stay for a few days or a week at my place exploring Bangkok. So, please make yourself at home and respect the neighbors and the house rules .. I'm very sure that you will definitely fit right in and will be okay! Bag drop (7am - 7pm) is a sure thing for early arrival/late departure. I have a storage which is only 1 min walk from the place. Just let me know if you need it. I don't have any pet but it's likely that you may see random cats in the alley and they usually end up lying in front of the house for some reasons. So if you are a cat person, feel free but pls be careful .. if not, just ignore them. *Please note that it's a quiet neighborhood, so please kindly keep it down and NO LOUD NOISE after 9 pm. The wall and wooden floor are also quite thin, hard and heavy footsteps and loud noise might get thru and disturb others. Please kindly be very considerate to the neighbors* **All types of illegal activities e.g. drugs, massage/escort service, etc are strictly prohibited. Pls do not engage yourself in those at my place.***
