Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
