Our Home in Eyrarbakki

Welcome to our humble home at Eyrarbakki in the south of Iceland 🙏 Our house is build in 1905, which makes it 120 years old. It is a very special and beautiful wooden house, that is very much loved. If you want to experience staying at a traditional Icelandic house, ours is perfect 💝 The space There is a bedroom with a double bed. The attic has a comfortable sofa bed for two and a tv. The kitchen has a microwave, air-fryer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, waffle iron, fridge with a freezer and all the utensils needed. The bathroom has a washing machine and an amazing rain shower. The living room has antique furniture to match the house. The kitchen and bathroom has floor heating the rest of the house has radiators. Guest access You will get free wifi and there is Netflix and Disney+ on the television upstairs. Towels, soap, detergent and most essentials in the kitchen is included. We have many board games and cards for a cosy night. Other things to note Important Notice for Our Guests 😻 We want to let you know that your stay at our home is shared with two friendly cats, Frigg and Freyr. The cats are well-behaved and enjoy their own spaces, but you may see them around during your stay. If you have allergies or prefer not to be around cats, please consider this before making your booking. However, if you’re a cat lover or simply don’t mind their company, we’re sure you’ll find them to be a charming addition to your stay!
