Children under 2 years old are not part of the maximum of 12 people since they normally sleep accompanied by an adult or guests bring their portable crib. The Villa is made up of a main module and an annex module. The main module has a master bedroom with a king size bed and its own full bathroom. Additionally there are 2 other rooms with 2 bunk beds each. These rooms share a bathroom. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and its own splitter air conditioning. In this module you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room and pantry, the living room and a television with Cable TV. The annex module has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a bunk bed above the king size bed and its bathroom. There is free WiFi in both the external social area (rancho and green areas) as well as in both modules of the Villa. Guest access Enjoy a refreshing swim in your own swimming pool, relax in the pool resting area while sipping on a fresh coconut, sunbathe in the garden, or have an afternoon nap in the hammocks of the rancho. Feeling hungry? The rancho has its own charcoal grill for you to make a barbecue while you enjoy a refreshing beverage and the beach and ocean are just steps away from the house for you to take a stroll and watch the breathtaking sunsets of Monterrico.
