Great for sunrise strolls, shell seeking, and sand castles. Just a short walk to the swimming area beach. 🐶 Well-behaved and House-Trained Dogs Welcome (Maximum 2 dogs with Pet Fee) On the main level of the home, you will find the family room, kitchen, laundry area, and a full-size bathroom with a stand-up shower. ⭐All bedrooms are upstairs⭐ 1️⃣The Primary Bedroom: -King Size Bed -Single Fold-out Sleeper Couch -Ensuite Bathroom with Stand-up Shower -Dedicated Work Space with Desk -Balcony access 2️⃣2nd Bedroom: -Queen Size Bed 3️⃣3rd Bedroom: -Queen Size Bed -Bunk Bed--Twin size over Full Mattress - Smart TV 🛁Shared bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo in the Hall Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for one locked owner's closet. Other things to note ◆ While there is a beach right in front of the property it is not for swimming due to dangerous tidal currents through the San Luis Pass. The "swimming beach" is just about a 1-minute drive away or an easy walk. ◆ 2 dogs maximum at the house allowed with pet fee. Dogs should be up to date on vaccinations and on flea and tick prevention. ◆ There is no cable TV at the house. There are Smart TV's with WiFi to watch your favorite streaming Apps. (Don't forget your passwords) ◆ We do not allowing parking of heavy rigs or RV’s . Trailer parking is also not permitted. Please ask the host for further details. ◆ Just a reminder that this property is a home and not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ◆ A Note on Sand & Pet Hair: We do our very best to provide a clean and comfortable space for every guest. However, with our beachfront location and dog-friendly policy, some beach sand and pet hair may be difficult to completely eliminate. We kindly ask for your understanding and grace. Thank you for supporting a pet-friendly stay by the beach! ◆ If booking calendar allows it, we can sometimes offer a late check out. The late check out fee is $50 for the first 2 hours and then $25 for additional hours.
