LIVING AREAS The house has two separate living areas. The main living area has leather sofas, occasional lounge chairs and a 55” Sony TV. The second living area is adjacent the informal dining area and faces a childrens’ play area with access to a private balcony. DINING The formal dining area seats 8 on a long wood table. The informal dining area seats 4 adjacent to the kitchen. KITCHEN A full, well-stocked kitchen is available for your use. Gas cooktop, oven, microwave and a 500L Samsung fridge, practical for family cooking and shared meals. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: King bed, sitting area, workspace, walk-in robe and ensuite.
