The space Fully self-contained and eco-friendly – solar, gas, tank water, double glazed windows, skylight, RCAC Max 2 adults (18 years and above). No children (under 18 years). Please note we meet all of our guests on arrival. If you arrive at the accomodation with more than specified number of guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Fully equipped kitchen: Gas cook top and electric oven Fridge/Freeze Kitchen basics with pots, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster Tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk supplied Small dining table overlooking paddocks and animals Lounge room: 2 single seats TV with free to air channels and remote control Bathroom with: Flush toilet to septic tank Full size gas hot water shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel supplied Ladder accessed lofts: Bedroom loft with queen mattress, lamp and power points to charge your technology Reading loft with books, comfy bean bag, lamp and the softest rug Outside lounge area: Large timber lounge chairs with cushions Outdoor Mimosa gas heater to keep you warm on the colder nights Fires are not permitted on the property, therefore there is no firepit provided. Guest access The Tiny House has a fenced yard for our guests. However, tours and animal feeding are available to our guests by arrangement.
