This brand new guest wing has just been built and completed to a high standard for your comfort and peace of mind Situated in a quiet area of Plymouth you will enjoy views of our garden and a location that's perfect for you visiting Plymouth to see the sights of the sea or Dartmoor, both are approx 15 minutes away by car . Public transport is also near by if required, a 5 minute walk to the main tavistock road bus link . Visiting or working at Derriford Hospital or Marjons university this is perfect , walkable , fantastic location, save on parking fees. You will have a key to our main porch entrance, which leads to a porch area (for your exclusive use ) with a second locked door to your room . When inside you will notice a tea and coffee making area just off the main room (with free tea and coffee) , a fridge and spacious double bedroom with a 40 inch TV with adjustable mount , BBC iPlayer , ITV player etc and Netflix included with a guest profile, free to use . Also with the ability to Chromecast from your own device if required. With a fridge , provided plates / bowls /cutlery and Microwave plus plenty of shops near by you can relax in the morning with a coffee or if you want to head out for a full breakfast Toby Carvery is a few minutes walk away . Other shops such as M and S , Aldi , McDonald's, KFC and Tim Hortons are just as close by. Full Fibre Broadband with speed of circa 300MB included A large Ensuite , electric shower , all brand new . Iron and Ironing Board , Hairdryer. A large wardrobe and hangers for all your needs. A comfy chair to relax in , watch TV or work from the desk /table. You will have views to the garden with patio doors , we have a seating area just outside the patio doors directly outside the room where you can enjoy views of the garden / dinner or a relaxing drink. Near by for Dinner is , the Jack Rabbit pub (5 min walk) or others as mentioned above . Free parking outside our property without restrictions. Nuffield or Pure gym member? Both walkable. There is no access to the main house , this is an independent space . Note the main porch is not for guest use that you walk through to enter your Annex, you have your own porch/hallway in your entirely exclusive space . Essentially head straight ahead as you enter. Self Check in available.
