Both are heated to 25ºC throughout the year. One offers views of Teide and the other, views of the ocean. - Solarium areas around the pools with communal sun loungers (subject to availability). - Furthermore, as an exclusive service for our guests, we provide access to the magnificent pool facilities of "11 Holiday Homes", located just an 8-minute walk from the apartment. These facilities include more pool options for your enjoyment, ideal for a complete wellness experience. Street parking around the complex is public and free. In addition, you have an assigned parking space (number 10) in the complex's open-air communal parking area. Flexible Self Check-in: Enjoy total flexibility and security thanks to our self check-in system, with access codes for both the entrance to the residential complex and the apartment door.
