My cosy, colourful home is ideal for travellers, football fans, and business guests. Located just a 12 minute walk from two local train stations, you can reach Liverpool Lime Street in around 15 minutes, making this a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the city. My home is around 20 minutes from Liverpool Airport and 25 minutes from Anfield Stadium by car, with easy public transport options available. You’ll also be greeted by Jacey, my incredibly friendly and well-loved dog 🐶 The space 🏡 My home is a relaxed, cosy space, my hope is it feels welcoming, comfortable, and easy to settle into whether you’re visiting Liverpool for football, leisure, or work. 🛏️ Private Guest Bedroom The cosy double guest room includes: + Comfortable double bed with fresh linens + Central heating and additional blankets + Blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep + High-speed Internet + Large TV with Google Nest casting (Netflix, Prime, Spotify & more via your phone) + Speaker for music or podcasts + Desk suitable for remote working or getting ready + Floor-length mirror + Hanging clothes storage and drawers + Kettle with tea & coffee amenities Perfect for guests who want privacy, comfort, and a peaceful night’s sleep. 🐾 Please Note This is my primary residence, a lived-in home, with my dog. Jacey is extremely friendly and loves people. It's possible to keep her at a distance, however, if you’re not a dog person, please bear this in mind when booking. An indoor camera is located in the living room only for when Jacey is home alone. It is fully disconnected during guest stays, in line with Airbnb policy. Finally, I am unable to accept bookings that include infants or children, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. 🌈 Whether you’re visiting for football, a weekend break, or a quiet stay, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Guest access 🚿 Bathroom A clean, shared bathroom with fresh towels provided. Everything is kept tidy and well-maintained for guest comfort and if you happen to forget anything, don’t worry, a complementary guest basket with spares is provided. 🍳 Kitchen You’re very welcome to make yourself at home in the kitchen during your stay. There’s space in the fridge and freezer for your food, and you’re welcome to do light cooking whenever you need. Along with access to the oven, microwave and air fryer, all utensils and cookware are provided — I just kindly ask that everything is washed up and stored back in the cupboards after use. 🧺 Laundry Facilities Guests are welcome to use the washing machine during their stay for £5 per use. The tumble dryer is also available for an additional £3 per use.
