We have completely remodeled for this venture. It is NOT recommended for children under 5 because of porches and steep steps. It is NOT handicap accessible. There are stairs inside the home and also from the driveway to any door. There are two owner buildings on property that are also unavailable for use Key pad entry for guests Other things to note Please note that this home is NOT accessible for handicap or children under 5. Also note that Mother Nature determines how much beach access there is available .
