It includes a private entrance, a king-sized bed, a full size pull-out sofa bed with a 3-inch mattress topper, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a full bathroom with tub shower. The suite is completely locked off from the main home for added privacy. **420-friendly outdoors only. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.** Skylights in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom provide natural light, though light-sensitive guests may want to bring a sleep mask. Additional amenities include a Roku 55” smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea/cocoa, cooking basics (including salt, pepper, and olive oil), and free street parking. Enjoy access to a private backyard/patio with a large propane fire table that seats four. For your comfort, fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hairdryer, iron, and a small ironing board are provided. Heating is controlled via thermostat in the owner’s residence; please let us know if the temperature feels too warm or cold during the cooler months.
