Equipped with warm blankets for all beds, pillows and mosquito repellent (linen not included). 2) 4 single beds and one double bed, with a nightstand, coat rack, mirror and a wardrobe. 2 Large windows with fabric and roll-up curtains. Guest access * Table with wooden chairs. Kitchen: equipped with refrigerator with freezer (no freezer), microwave, gas oven and complete dishes. * Linen and toiletries are not included, namely: sheets and towels. * Bathroom with bathtub and hot water 24 hours a day, bathtub and bidet. * Natural gas stove in main room with balanced flue * Large garden with rope to hang clothes. * Wi-Fi service (5 mb speed) and DirecTV with 42" LED TV * 24-hour outdoor security camera monitoring: 3 cameras located outdoors, one camera located in the garage, another located in the laundry room and another in the main dining room, which if requested, is disconnected so as not to interfere with the privacy of the guests. * Fully roofed and locked garage. * Laundry room with washing machine (in a separate room from the house) ideal for storing beach items, fishing or washing/drying clothes on rainy days. * Grill and mud oven with firewood available to tenants * The house doors and windows have bars for extra security. All windows have mosquito nets, however it is recommended to use mosquito repellent at night. Other things to note There is a washing machine in the laundry room, where you can even hang clothes in case of rain or high humidity (frequent in seaside climates). The grill can be used, and the exterior accesses of the house are remotely monitored 24 hours a day by security cameras.
