This charming tiny home features 1 queen size bed, a luxury walk in shower, full function kitchen with a laundry, a recliner massage chair with TV and Netflix. It has free wifi and blue tooth speakers. Outside is a entertaining patio with private spa also a carport. All this is situated on a 5 acre farm with beautiful landscape gardens. Situated 60 minutes from Sydney, 45 minutes from Wollongong or the Southern Highland. The space Your hosts are Matthew & Lavinia who love hosting guests on their property. You will have this entire cottage to yourselves. The cosy cottage is situated on 5 acres of farmland. We grow fruit trees, herbs, vegetables with loads of ornamental flowers/trees. The space When you arrive, Lavinia & Matthew will welcome you and show you your accommodation. There is a detailed folder with lots of info about the accommodation and what is in the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and there is a carport available for parking. Even though you have your own private spa you can also use Lavinia's swim spa. Lavinia's swim spa is available for your use. It is situated 5 metres away from the tiny house. To keep the integrity of the water and not be contaminated by the wildlife and insects in the area the lid is always closed. More info is available and rules are in the info book in the cottage. Access to swim spa is from 8 am to 7 pm (heated all year round), extensive gardens. Guests can wonder around the 5 acreas property. Note: "Swim Spa is closed during the months of June-July, for maintenance and deep cleaning." Other things to note Spa maintenance at 11:00-12:00. Guests can wonder around the 5 acre farm. Lavinia Swim Spa is separate from Blackbird Spa and need to be booked to be used. We close Lavinia’s Swim Spa in June and July for deep maintenance. Not Blackbird Spa.
