🐚Welcome to Bay View Beach House 🐚, a stunning 2-storey, 3.5-bedroom home nestled on a spacious block, just a 5-minute walk from Tathra’s pristine beaches and vibrant main street. This contemporary beach house inspired retreat perfectly blends eclectic charm with the natural beauty of the surrounding bush and beach, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with artistic touches and exposed beams throughout. The space 🛏️ Accommodation & Comfort – With the addition of an optional full-sized Queen bed, Bay View beach house now sleeps up to 8 adults/kids. There are two permanent Queen rooms and a main King room which can be split for families travelling with kids. We also offer a additional queen room which can be used as and an overflow*. A second bedroom upstairs with Queen bed. The third Queen bedroom is downstairs with separate shower access. With two bathrooms— upstairs has a bath — convenience is at your fingertips. Beds will be made up according to configuration specified. Optional beds can be made up, at request for a nominal fee. 👩‍🍼We also have a porta-cot available upon request, this will be set up with a fitted sheet only. Please message your host if required. *The overflow bedroom serves as both a downstairs lounge area and a dedicated workspace. IF YOU NEED THE QUEEN BED PREPARED IN THIS SPACE, PLEASE BOOK FOR 6 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN, EVEN IF YOUR GROUP IS SMALLER. THIS ALLOWS THE BOOKING SYSTEM TO APPLY THE CORRECT SETUP CHARGE FOR THE OVERFLOW BED. Please note: This room offers the same bed quality and linens as the main bedrooms, but has a bit less privacy because it shares access with the second Queen bedroom. Pets are welcome inside, though we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. A flat-rate pet surcharge applies for up to two pets, and amenities like a dog bed and bowls are provided (please bring your own sleeping mats). 🛜 Modern Amenities– Stay connected with unlimited NBN WiFi, enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV with all streaming services, or whip up a feast on the BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso pod machine, assortment of teas, long life milk is provided in the fridge, common spreads for your morning toast and pantry essentials, ensures you have everything you need for your stay. 🗺️ Ideal Location– Bay View Beach House’s location is unbeatable.
