The Farm Stay at Gaia Homestead is just 20 mins from Canberra City. It sleeps 8 across two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Kitchen, woodfire heater, and reverse-cycle air conditioning. Enjoy feeding sheep/lambs, sunsets over the Brindabellas, and stargazing by the fire pit (only available outside of fire restrictions, we don’t have a permanent permit and need notice to get one.) We’re just 20 minutes from Canberra, so you can explore the War Memorial, National Museum, Floriade, or even park up for Summernats with ease. Want to experience the local flavours? You’re minutes from Brindabella Hills, Nick O’Leary Wineries and Poachers Pantry, perfect for long lunches and cellar door tastings. Back at the property, you’ll find everything you need to unwind: Sleeps up to 8 across two bedrooms Main: King bed + King single Second: Bunks + single bed Plus a comfy sofa bed Full kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge, and a Nespresso machine Free WiFi Fire pit for stargazing and wine sipping (noting this is only available outside of fire restrictions and a permit is needed during those times - a minimum of 24hrs notice is required, if you aim to star gaze by the fire please let us know and we can try and arrange a permit). Guest access There are a few locked sections which you are unable to access, however, you are welcome to stroll down the bottom section of the property.
