Rental unit in Carrollton

Suite #3 is located in the heart of Historical Carrollton, Georgia. It is self contained. It is totally private in our Victorian building est. 1850's, one block south off the town square with a plethora of locally owned restaurants. Also, we are located within walking distance from the Cultural Art Center, and Amphitheater. We are perfect for the business traveler, the vacationing travelers, and as a bridal suite overlooking 'Alice Park' across the street. Private entrance and no shared spaces. The space The one bedroom apartment has a living room with a daybed. There is a full bathroom with an old claw bathtub with a handheld shower. No stand up shower. There is a working kitchen, with refrigerator and stove. From the kitchen there is a wonderful view into Alice's park which is a favorite spot for weddings. The hosts live on the premises. This is a perfect place for business persons, vacationers, and visitors to the local community for events in the area. Please no pets. The host and spouse speak three to four languages and are welcoming of all peoples. Guest access The space is completely self contained. You have your own front door and back door and private bathroom. We, the hosts, live upstairs and there is no shared space. NO, you will not have the whole house but you will have the whole suite. Other things to note NOTE: There are no cats or dogs allowed in for health issues (allergies of guests coming after you). To everything there are exceptions. Small dogs are a maybe and large dogs are a possible definite no and they need to be well behaved. Thus animals re a maybe. Please ask before bringing your pet. We love animals and have four cats, three rescue cats and one kitten by choice, on the premises at this time. These are therapy cats in Inge’s counseling practice. They are mostly outdoor cats and definitely are not allowed in the suites. Thank you for understanding.
