The space Puerto Fiel is a private seaside resort, highly recommended for families (parents and children) with children. It has a large sandy beach and sea to enjoy every moment. It is a seaside resort with a lot of history, because it maintains its essence of a seaside resort for everyone, inclusive and organized to take care of nature as well as respect for others. You are required to make the best use of the facilities, please take care of it. Any mistreatment, loss or breakage will be assumed by the tenant. 13) On the beach, the water and drainage pipes are very sensitive, do not throw papers or solids into the toilets, showers and/or sinks of the apartment. Also, do not use excessive water since it is a seaside resort and its availability is limited. Help us take care of the environment. 14) The use of any type of inflatable pools is not allowed, either inside or outside the apartment or parking lot. 15) The apartment is equipped for a stay of up to a maximum of 9 people at all times (adults and/or children). Additionally, the guest responsible for the reservation must help us comply with the following: - Due to the policy of the seaside resort and its security, the full name and identification document number of each guest as well as the license plate of the cars that will enter will be requested, after coordination with the guest. This information must be provided at least 2-3 days prior to the check-in date to avoid any inconvenience upon entering the resort. - The guest must accept and sign a "Puerto Fiel Association Coexistence Rules" document that basically asks us to respect and care for the seaside town as well as rules of coexistence with other owners (level of music and noise, care for the environment, etc.) - The rules issued by the administration of the resort for COVID 19 must be respected: Use a KN95 mask or similar, distance of 1.5 meters, no parties or mass meetings. 16) Any damage or harm to the apartment will be reported to Airbnb and charged to the security deposit. If the valuation of the damage is greater than the amount of the guarantee, the report will be made to Airbnb for the corresponding regularization.
