Thoughtfully crafted for relaxation, this inviting retreat features two balconies, ideal for soaking in fresh air and taking in the peaceful views. Inside, you'll find a stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms—one with a luxurious king-size bed and the other with two single beds—offering a restful night’s sleep. Need to work? A dedicated office area ensures productivity without sacrificing comfort. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on three TVs located throughout the apartment. Located on the first floor (Apartment 1), just up one row of stairs, the apartment welcomes you with an adorable little garden, adding a touch of greenery right outside the balcony. With a thoughtfully designed bathroom and a layout that blends function with charm, Apartment Seaside is the perfect retreat for a comfortable and stylish stay. Guest access The entire apartment. The visitors should register their stay on the premises of the Tourists Organization of Kotor no later than 24 hours from their entry into Montenegro if their visit is shorter than 30 days. The cost of the registration is 1.00€ per person. The residence tax is changed to 1.00€ per day. The following categories are not required to pay the residence tax. Children up to 12 years old. Persons with disabilities. Seasonal workers who have registered for their stay. For persons aged 12-18 years, the tax is reduced by 50%.
