The Cub Cave on the 3rd floor is the smallest room at The Elms. It has a full size bed, a desk nook built in to the dormer, and access to two shared bathrooms. The space The Elms is located in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. It is a Historic Building, built in 1882 by a renowned architect. It originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Features splendid carved wood features, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river. Guest access Guests have access to the billiards room on the first floor, as well as the screened porch overlooking the scenic Presumpscot River. The Elms' commercial kitchen is not available for guest use, but there is hot water, coffee, and tea available in the main parlor on the first floor.
