You'll have private access to the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There are no shared spaces. Please do not enter any area marked "STAFF ONLY", as it is used to store cleaning supplies and other equipment. Other things to note Other Important Information 1. Cleaning, Damage & Number of Guests Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, damage, or missing items. Only registered guests may stay at the property. 2. Trash, Smoking & Lost Items • Please separate trash as instructed. • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A special cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. Smoking is permitted only in front of the entrance on the property. Please do not smoke on the road, walkway, or near the stone wall. Do not leave cigarette butts behind. Use a portable ashtray or dispose of them safely. Lost items can only be returned by cash on delivery (COD). Large items may not be stored. 3. Check-in & Check-out Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. 4. During Your Stay • One bath towel is provided per guest. A washing machine is available. • No shoes indoors. • Extra cleaning is available for an additional fee. • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. About the Building This traditional machiya is over 75 years old. Some areas on the second floor have a ceiling height of about 190 cm, so please watch your head. Tatami mats have a natural scent. Although pest control is carried out regularly, small insects may occasionally enter due to the nature of this traditional house. 7. 🚗 Parking Please use nearby coin parking.
